Optional walking tour of the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz). Once an independent town founded by King Casimir III, it later became the historic heart of Krakow’s Jewish community. Today, it is a bohemian district, ideal for meeting friends, enjoying Polish beer, and tasting traditional Zapiekanki. The entire area features an authentic atmosphere with unique cafes, restaurants, shops, and historical monuments. The tour covers the Schindler’s List passage, the Old Synagogue, the Old Jewish Cemetery, the Jewish Square, and the Remah Synagogue. Your guide will share compelling insights about pre – WWII life and the wartime history of the area.
