Accommodation package includes:

– accommodation in 1/3 or 1/4 rooms (with breakfast) in a chosen type of hotel
– first fee for dancers for participation in the competition, and free entrance to the competition for
other people who use our package
– free spot on every 25th participant
– organizational expenses
– invitation letter
– awards for dancers: DIPLOMAS AND MEDALS for all dancers, CUPS for groups, and
formations (1st-3rd place awarded), SPECIAL AWARDS (vouchers for free fees for
participation in festivals in Vienna, Budapest, Istanbul, Paris, Milano, Prague, Paralia,
Lloret de Mar, Rimini… MONEY AWARDS (depends on the number of applications)
OTHER AWARDS (merch, sponsored awards)…

The accommodation package does not include:

– travel expenses
– parking, insurance, vignettes, possible hotel deposits
– tourist tax (price depends on the hotel category)
– dinner – possibility from 20€ depending on the hotel
– additional payment for 1/2 rooms is 7eur per night per person
– Every next fee for participation in the competition is per dancer per choreography
– excursions: Tour of Rome, Tivoli with a ticket for the Villa d`Este, Naples,
Visit to the Vatican with a request 3 months in advance..
*** The organizer reserves the right to change the prices of excursions in relation to the change in market prices at the time of realization

*** Dancers who do not use our accommodation package have to pay the participation fee

*** The audience who do not use our accommodation package have to buy a ticket at the entrance
