Accommodation package includes:
– 2 nights accommodation in 1/3 (1/2+1) or 1/4 rooms (with breakfast)
in Budapest in chosen type of accommodation
– first participation fee for dancers to participate in the competition
free entry to the competition for other package users
– 1 free spot on every 25th person
– organizational costs
– awards for dancers

Accommodation package does not include:
– transportation
– parking for own vehicles, insurance, vignettes, deposits…
– supplement for 1/2 rooms is 5eur per person per night
possibility of additional day depend’s from hotel and service

all our capacity
***limited spots, reservation of hotel is only with first instalment payment,
and sending accommodation list to our emails

Competition registration deadline: Feb 26th 2027
***after this deadline you will have an additional 48h for changes, cancelation..and after that additional changes won’t be possible, and all fees have to be 100% paid!

  • Step 1

    Pick a Event that you want to be a part of

    When you click “Register Here”, it directs you to our application portal. Then you should choose the event that you want. After that click on the DANCE CLUB REGISTRATION link.

  • Step 2

    Dance Club Registration

    Please fill all necessary fields and click on “send”. Please use only English alphabet without any special characters! You will receive confirmation email, and after that you can log in again with your username and password that you created.

  • Step 3

    Dancers Registration

    Please click on the “DANCERS REGISTRATION” and fill all necessary fields for each one of your dancer. You can modify this data anytime, please do not register same dancer twice!

  • Step 4

    Choreography Registration And Cancelation

    Go to “REGISTRATION - CANCELATION” link and fill in required fields for each choreography that you want to register. On this link you can also modify/delete your choreographies!

  • Step 5

    Music Upload

    Go to “MUSIC UPLOAD” link and submit all your music numbers. Music Upload Tutorial
